The best results are achieved by combining leg extensions with multiple exercise routines. Furthermore, it is also important to hold each rep for 2 seconds at the apex of the movement when the body should be squeezed to obtain maximum possible contraction. Next, lower the weight down slowly and then do the required number of repetitions. Lunges Lunges are truly wonderful for building quads muscle and will provide best results when used as a quadriceps builder in conjunction with leg extensions.
